The International Business Summit is organized by OneWorld International Partners (OWIP) in partnership with the Columbian Business Network (CBN), and Cerqueira Leite Advogados Associados, focusing on international entrepreneurship, personal growth, business development, and networking.

ROSANE ZELMANOVITZ is the president of Indiana Partners of the Americas and Honorary Consul of Brazil in Indiana. With a bachelor degree in History, Rosane moved from Brasil to Indianapolis in 2005, and from then on has been engaged in several volunteering activities connecting with the Brazilian community in the region. She is also a member of the Brazilian Citizens in the Midwest Council at the Consulate General of Brazil in Chicago.

Alvaro Marangoni was a founding partner at Quadrante Investimentos for close to ten years. He has over 25 years of experience in global financial markets. Prior to joining Quadrante Investimentos, he was part of Morgan Stanley´s Latin Equity Sales group. He joined Morgan Stanley in New York in 2003. In 2006 he moved to Brazil to structure the local brokerage operations. He ultimately ran the Morgan Stanley equity sales team in Brazil. In addition, Alvaro spent over ten years in New York where he worked at Goldman Sachs and Robert Flemings. He holds a Bachelor´s of Arts degree in Economics from USF – University of San Francisco, in California. He holds the Anbima certifications CPA20 and CGA.

Prior to joining Purdue, she held the position of strategic account manager at Autodesk, where she built and fostered thought leadership and research opportunities with premier engineering schools across the United States. Presently, Fabiola is the Sr. Director of Industry Relations at Purdue University, where she oversees the FinTech and SofTech portfolios. She is currently pursuing her Engineering Ph.D. at Purdue University.
